Ordering and payment

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay with iDEAL, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I change my order?

Yes, as long as your order hasn't been processed yet. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Shipping and delivery

How long is the delivery time?

We ship stock items within 2–5 business days of payment via DHL. You will receive a track & trace code by email.

Can I pick up?

Pickup is possible via a DHL ServicePoint. We do not have our own pickup location.

Returns and exchanges

How do I report a return?

Please register your return within 14 days of delivery via info@profipets.nl or the contact form . We'll send you a return label and instructions.

When will I get my money back?

Within 7 working days after we have received and inspected your return.

Can I return opened food or similar?

Opened packages of dog food, snacks and other products containing food or similar cannot be returned.

How do I choose the right size harness?

Use our selection guide or send us your dog's chest circumference. We're happy to help you choose.

Are all products in stock?

You can see the current inventory status on the product page. For backorders, we'll show an estimated shipping date.
