Which country does my order come from?
All orders from ProfiPets are delivered from the Netherlands.
What is the delivery time?

Do you order before 11:59 PM? Your order will then be shipped the same day. You will receive your order within 1 - 2 working days.
Belgium
Do you order before 10:00 PM? Your order will then be shipped the same day. You will receive your order within 1 - 2 working days.
What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs for the Netherlands are €4.95 for orders up to €40.00. Shipping costs are free from €40.00.
Belgium
The shipping costs for Belgium are €6.95 for orders up to €40.00. Shipping costs are free from €40.00.
Returns
How can I return my order?
Please contact us within 14 days (day 1 is the first day after delivery) via info@profipets.nl or via the contact form. We will then send you a return label and instructions. We will deduct the return costs of €4.99 from your refund.
The order must be sent to us within 14 days of receiving the return label.
Please note: opened dog food packages cannot be returned.
